Tournaments - Global Point LLC

1. General Information

These terms govern participation in Call of Duty: Mobile (COD Mobile) events and tournaments organized by Global Point LLC in the United States.
Global Point LLC is located at 6255 Towncenter Dr, Suite 850, Clemmons, NC 27012, United States.
By registering for or participating in any of our live events, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Relation to the Game and Third Parties

The events and tournaments are organized by Global Point LLC and are not sponsored, managed, or officially associated with the developers or publishers of Call of Duty: Mobile, nor with any other third-party brands.
All names, trademarks, and content related to COD Mobile belong to their respective owners.

3. Participation and Requirements

• Participation is primarily aimed at players located in the United States, unless a specific event states otherwise (for example, international events).

• A valid Call of Duty: Mobile account and a stable internet connection are required.

• The minimum age for participation is 18 years. If minors are allowed in specific events, parental or legal guardian consent may be required.

• Global Point LLC reserves the right to reject or remove any participant who violates these terms or shows inappropriate behavior.

4. Event and Tournament Format

• Events and tournaments will take place live, on dates and times announced in advance on our official channels.

• Each tournament will have specific rules (format, mode, maps, number of rounds, scoring system, etc.), which will be communicated before the event starts.

• Participants agree to follow the game rules, respect the organizers’ decisions, and behave respectfully toward other players and the audience.

• Any use of cheats, hacks, exploits, shared or borrowed accounts, or any form of unfair advantage will result in immediate disqualification.

5. Prizes

• Global Point LLC will offer variable prizes, which may include cash, gift cards, and products.

• The type of prize, its approximate value, and the number of winners will be specified for each event or tournament.

• Prizes are not exchangeable for other goods or services, unless Global Point LLC expressly states otherwise.

• Prizes will be delivered within a maximum of 7 days after results are announced, via bank transfer, digital codes, or physical shipment of products, as applicable.

• To receive a prize, winners must provide the necessary information (such as full name, contact information, address, or payment details) and comply with applicable legal requirements, including identity and age verification if needed.

6. Live Streams and Content

• Events and tournaments may be live streamed and/or recorded for later publication on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, social media, or others.

• By participating, you authorize Global Point LLC to use your username (nickname), voice, avatar, and gameplay in such streams, clips, highlights, and promotional content related to the events.

• Global Point LLC is committed to promoting an environment of fun, unity, and peace, encouraging fair play and respect among players and viewers.

7. Conduct and Sanctions

• Offensive language, discrimination, threats, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the peace and coexistence of the event is not allowed.

• Global Point LLC may apply sanctions, including warnings, removal from matches, disqualification from the tournament, and/or bans from future events.

8. Liability

• Global Point LLC is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control, such as connection failures, lag, game errors, server outages, or other technological problems.

• In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Global Point LLC may modify, postpone, or cancel the event or tournament, notifying participants by available means.

• Participation in the events is voluntary, and each player is responsible for their own equipment, connection, and game account.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data collected (for example, name, contact information, social accounts, or payment details for prizes) will be used only for managing participation and delivering prizes.

• Participants may exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete their data by emailing: admin@globalpoint-llc.com .

10. Acceptance and Governing Law

Participation in events and tournaments organized by Global Point LLC implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, in particular those of the State of North Carolina, and any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of North Carolina, United States.
